The Founder Story
Jonathan is the Founder and CEO of Good Homes Only, a leading real estate agency in Ontario. With a lifelong passion for real estate, Jonathan learned the industry from an early age, with both of his parents working as full-time real estate brokers. He gained invaluable experience and insights into the industry’s crucial factors and how to be a knowledgeable realtor.
While completing his studies in architecture, Jonathan continued to work closely with his parents in real estate transactions. He learned everything from searching for the right property to correctly appraising and finding market comparables, completing documents with proper conditions and clauses to ensure clients are protected.
After completing his studies, Jonathan decided to join the family business and obtain his real estate license. He learned one of the most crucial steps in real estate, which is negotiating. Jonathan’s parents were always at the top of their industry, with repeating clients and referrals. Their unique way of negotiations has always been the key to their success, which Jonathan learned and mastered.
When Jonathan founded Good Homes Only, he brought his extensive team, knowledge, experience, and passion for real estate to his clients. He and his team of real estate professionals are committed to providing personalized service, innovative solutions, and transparent and honest communication.
